The individually cut-out logos and/or acrylic, ACM and Celuka letter signs offer superior aesthetic and brand value. The 3D letter signs can be placed on fascia bulkhead and walls, or indoors on reception and other feature walls.
The 3D letters and logo can be cut using a laser cutting machine or a CNC router machine, depending on the materials used for the letters.
ACM/Aluminium Composite Sign Letters
Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) are ideal for outdoor signage as they can withstand UV rays, rain and high temperatures without corroding or fading. The 3 mm-thick panel is most commonly used for outdoor panel signs and can be cut into individual letters and logos to create striking 3D signs.
The aluminium composite sign panels come in black and white and a selection of common colours. For other standard colours, printed vinyl can be applied to the panel face to achieve the desired outcomes.
Acrylic Letters
Acrylic is a commonly used sign material as it is a solid, durable and weather-resistant cast polymer that provides a clean, modern look, and high-quality appearance.
Acrylic sheets come in thicknesses between 2mm–25mm, and can be cut into individual acrylic letters by laser cutting machine and CNC router cutter. However, as acrylic is quite solid and heavy, a thickness of over 15mm is not recommended for non-lit 3D letter signs. On the other hand, PVC Celuka is preferred for outdoor 3D letter signs in thicker depth.
Printed vinyl can be applied on the acrylic lettering face to achieve colour and/or patterns matching the desired outcomes. Alternatively, spray paint can be used to achieve consistent colour on the letter face and sides. Some examples as below:
Celuka Letters
PVC Celuka Foam Board is hard skinned, lightweight plastic, meticulously crafted from a blend of high-quality raw materials, primarily polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The name “Celuka” originates from a specialised manufacturing process that combines free foam and skin foam layers, resulting in a smooth, rigid surface on both sides.
Celuka lettering is ideally suited to signage substrates and decorative applications; and widely used in the sign industry, model making and internal decoration. The most common thickness used for signs is between 10mm–30mm. Colouring is achieved by either printing on the vinyl face or spray painting to the desired colour tone.
For 3D letters thicker than 30mm, we use either aluminium or stainless-steel sheet to fabricate the logo or letters to achieve the desired branding outcomes.

Free measure & quote
Send us your custom signage needs and site photos, we will give you an estimate on cost and timeframe. If you would like to go further we’ll arrange a site survey, signage consultation and an obligation free quote at no cost to you.
Acceptance of quote
You can accept the quote and confirm your order by paying the deposit as required.
Artwork & proof
Provide Print-ready artwork for the signage, or get us to help. If we design for you please check for all details when approving the artwork as Seven Print does not accept responsibility for design mistake once artwork is approved.
Full payment
Full payment of project is required after approval of artwork and before commencing of sign production.
Production
Our production turnaround time is between 5 working days to 4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Installation
When the custom signage is fabricated we’ll liaise with client and/or property manager to set a date for installation, and final inspection by client will be arranged once it’s completed.
